Read about AI & your data36 hours, from the start.
All creation information and copies are deleted within 36 hours of upload starting, or prompt submission without an upload. Inputs, outputs and related records share the same deadline.
Creation stays separate from training.
Generation runs on self-hosted systems. We use no third-party AI generation services, do not train AI with user information, and do not perform facial recognition or biometric identity extraction.
A way to take control.
Nothing to sign up for. Ask for your data to be erased from Personal Settings or over email, and flag a creation from its detail page.
Your data deletion optionsIs Soft Lane out yet?
Not yet. Soft Lane is still in development for Android. Once it goes live on Google Play, this page will carry the official store link.
What can I make with the app?
Soft Lane offers image-to-video, video templates, AI images and image templates. You can start with your own image, explore an available template or give an image idea a new visual direction. The artwork on this website is original concept artwork, not an app screenshot, available template or app-generated result.
Do I need an account or a subscription?
You can use Soft Lane without signing up or signing in, and nothing is sold as a subscription. One-time diamond packs are available to all users. Purchased diamonds do not expire; the app shows the price and applicable purchase details before you confirm.
What happens to the material I use?
All creation information and its copies are removed within 36 hours from the start of upload, or from prompt submission when there is no upload. This includes inputs, outputs, prompts, settings and related records across the systems we control and our processors. Completing a generation does not restart that deadline. Save anything you want to keep to your own device.
Can I request deletion or report a result?
Yes. Request data deletion independently through Personal Settings or by emailing support@softlaneai.org. There is also a reporting option on the creation detail page inside the app. You do not need to register or log in to use the deletion routes.
Can I request a refund?
For a purchase issue, review our Purchases & refunds page or contact support with the relevant Google Play order reference. Google Play's refund process and applicable consumer rights govern the request. Never send a password, full payment-card number or other unnecessary payment information.
