The service covered by this agreement
Soft Lane: Image To Video is a service of Abacus Homedale LLC, located at 4543 S Holladay Blvd, Holladay, UT 84117-4425, United States. References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean that company. These terms apply to your use of the Soft Lane mobile app, our website at www.softlaneai.org, the creative functions we make available and the support provided for them. You can contact the operator at support@softlaneai.org.
Soft Lane brings together image-to-video, video templates, AI images and image templates. The Android app is not yet released, and a Google Play download is not currently available from this website. This site provides a product introduction, policies and ways to obtain help. It does not itself provide generation tools or take payments.
An available feature or purchase can have additional conditions that explain the specific benefit, permitted use and relevant limits. Read those conditions with this agreement. Information that is legally binding when you make a purchase remains part of that purchase; a later edit to a website does not replace it. References to a forthcoming feature describe a planned capability, rather than access that is already available.
Your decision to use a feature or make a purchase
Before proceeding with a feature or purchase, read the terms presented for it and decide whether you agree. Where an acceptance step appears in the app or payment process, it relates to the conditions shown at that step. Do not complete the affected action if you disagree. Support can explain a condition before you decide, and asking for clarification does not commit you to buying anything.
Agreement to these terms has a limited purpose: it establishes the conditions for the service you choose to use. It does not authorise us to publish private inputs, use any user data to train AI, or treat an unrelated privacy choice as already made. A separate consent, request or acknowledgment required by law must be obtained separately. Rights that the law does not allow you to waive remain intact.
Retain the purchase description, confirmation and relevant correspondence if you may need them later. Your receipt can help identify the accepted offer, but the rights attached to it are not determined only by what the receipt says. Legally binding statements made before payment and applicable consumer protections also matter. Seeking a remedy for an earlier purchase does not require you to accept unrelated new terms.
Capacity, permissions and lawful access
Use requires the legal capacity to enter this agreement and any permission that applies where you live or use the service. Follow applicable minimum-age requirements and the age requirements shown by the app's distribution platform. If lawful use depends on a parent or guardian's permission or involvement, that requirement must be met before use. A content rating cannot substitute for a legal requirement.
When acting for an organisation, you must be entitled to act on its behalf, submit the material concerned and authorise any purchase. Having access to a device, photograph or payment method does not establish all of those permissions. Consider intellectual-property, privacy and confidentiality obligations that may apply to an employer's, client's or another person's material.
Do not use a feature in a place or circumstance where that use is prohibited. Distribution and availability can depend on lawful geographic or technical restrictions. Being able to open this website does not mean that every app function can be supplied everywhere. If you think an access restriction is incorrect, explain the issue to support instead of disguising your identity or location to avoid a restriction that lawfully applies.
Using the app without registering
There is no Soft Lane registration or sign-in. The app can still have identifiers and service records associated with an installation or its use. Those records are not a registered login account. A Google account used for Google Play is managed by Google under its own arrangements; it is not an account you create with Soft Lane.
Look after access to your device, the app and payment facilities that you control. Tell support if you suspect someone has used your associated service records or paid benefits without permission. Removing local app data, reinstalling the app or switching devices can change the files and references available on the device. Keep the exported results and purchase references that you need rather than assuming those actions will recover missing access.
For a support request, describe the problem accurately and supply the correct order reference if you have one. It is fine to say that a detail is unknown. This expectation concerns information used to investigate an issue; it does not require an imaginative prompt to describe a real event. You can report missing benefits without registering with Soft Lane or giving us a Google password, payment-card number or verification code.
The permission to use mobile software
Once an authorised release is available, you may install and use an authorised copy on a compatible device you own or control, subject to this agreement and the applicable distribution rules. This is a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the app for its intended functions. It does not allow you to sublicense the software or distribute access to it as a separate product.
Without permission, do not rent, sell, repackage, redistribute or modify protected app components, or remove ownership notices or security measures. An activity permitted by mandatory law or by a component's separate licence remains permitted within that scope. A right relating to a particular component does not grant access to unrelated systems or authorise interference with other people using the service.
A usable device, supported operating system, connection and relevant marketplace services may be needed. You are responsible for charges imposed by your connectivity provider. Updates may be necessary for compatibility or security, and a release can specify its technical requirements. We cannot promise support for every device indefinitely. Any effect on an existing paid benefit remains subject to the conditions accepted for that benefit and the protections required by law.
Soft Lane software, design and branding
Rights in the app's software, models, interface, documentation, website design, brand and other supplied service materials belong to us or their respective licensors. These materials are protected separately from the images, prompts and other material you supply. Permission to use a creative function gives access to that function; it does not transfer the underlying technology or intellectual property to you.
Unless an applicable legal exception or permission allows it, do not copy, distribute, sell, license or commercially present protected service materials as a product of your own. Preserve copyright and other ownership notices. Do not use the Soft Lane name or visual identity to imply that we endorse a product, have entered a partnership or have granted permission when we have not.
Restrictions on the app and our branding do not themselves prevent a permitted export or use of your own creative result. Separate component licences and mandatory legal rights continue to apply. If you want to reproduce service materials beyond ordinary use and are unsure about the permission required, describe the proposed use to support; access to this website alone does not grant a broader commercial licence.
Rights in what you submit and create
You keep the rights you already hold in your prompts, source images or videos, settings and other submitted information. Supply only material that you are entitled to use for the intended purpose. Depending on the content, the necessary permissions may involve copyright, trademarks, privacy, confidentiality or a person's likeness. Possessing a photograph does not necessarily permit every transformation or publication of the person it depicts.
Processing material through Soft Lane does not transfer ownership of your input to us. We do not claim ownership of a result solely because our service generated it. The existence and scope of rights in AI-generated work nevertheless depend on the applicable law and the material involved. We cannot guarantee copyright protection, exclusivity, clearance of another person's rights or permission for every commercial context.
A template or licensed component can carry specific conditions presented with it. Check those conditions and examine the complete result before downloading, sharing, publishing or relying on it. Successful generation is not a legal clearance or a confirmation of factual accuracy. A result may resemble other material or include an unintended detail that changes whether its proposed use is appropriate.
Do not portray synthetic media as genuine evidence of an event, statement or person's conduct when that would deceive others. Do not falsely imply someone participated in or approved a creation. Provide disclosures about generated or manipulated content when required by the applicable law, the platform where you publish or the circumstances of the publication.
Permission to carry out your creative request
When you submit material, you allow us to receive, process, transmit and temporarily store it to fulfil the request and deliver the result. That non-exclusive permission also covers handling needed for a related support or safety issue you raise. It extends only to providing, protecting and supporting the service for the stated purposes. It does not transfer ownership or grant an unrestricted right to publish, sell or reuse private material.
Generation runs on self-hosted AI systems under our operation. We do not send creative inputs or outputs to a third-party AI generation provider. No user data is used to train AI models: that commitment includes creative material as well as support communications, purchase information and other service records. We do not perform facial recognition or extract biometric information for identification.
All creation information has a maximum lifetime of 36 hours measured from the start of the input upload. If a request involves no upload, the period starts when its prompt is submitted. Completing generation, creating an output, reviewing a report or answering support does not restart the clock. The same original deadline applies to the request and all of its associated information and copies.
Keep an exported copy of a result you want to retain, because Soft Lane is not a permanent archive. You may voluntarily suggest improvements, and we may consider or implement a general suggestion without a payment becoming due merely because it was sent. A suggestion does not grant ownership of unrelated work, permit disclosure of confidential information or override our no-training commitment. Avoid including another person's confidential material in unsolicited feedback.
Privacy when selecting and submitting material
The Privacy Policy explains the information involved in the app and website, why it is processed, the applicable legal grounds, disclosures, safeguards, retention and your choices. The AI Data Privacy page gives further detail about creative requests. Read those notices with these terms. Referring to a privacy notice does not turn it into consent or restrict a right available under data-protection law.
The app uses Android's system Photo Picker to let you choose source images. Select only what is needed for the creation and avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. A photo containing a face can be personal information even though Soft Lane does not recognise that person or extract a biometric identity. You need any permission required to submit and transform the selected material.
Uploading private material is not an instruction to publish it for other people. Access and disclosure are limited to the purposes described in the privacy notices, including necessary operational handling and disclosures required by law. Separate consent requirements remain applicable. If you later send an exported file to another service, that separate copy is subject to your choices and the recipient's practices.
Deleting creations and other app data
Every item associated with a creation is deleted within 36 hours of upload start, or prompt submission when there is no upload. This includes input and output images and videos, prompts, parameters, settings, template selections, task identifiers, status, timestamps, metadata and associations. The deadline covers every copy in systems we control and systems processing on our behalf, including logs, support attachments, caches and backups. It applies even when a request fails, is interrupted or is the subject of a report.
You can also request deletion of your Soft Lane user data through Personal Settings or by emailing support@softlaneai.org. Each route works independently. You do not need to make an in-app request before emailing, and email remains available if the app is no longer installed or accessible. No Soft Lane login is required. We may request the limited information needed to locate the relevant records and verify that you are entitled to request their deletion.
Independent records may remain where needed for accounting, payment disputes, security, fraud prevention or another legal obligation, as explained in the Privacy Policy. They must not preserve any creation content, details, metadata or links after the creation deadline. Their retention does not extend that deadline, preserve an indirect route back to a creation or permit continued ordinary use of app-user records that should be erased.
Export anything you need while it remains available. Erased information cannot be recovered from the deleted record, and removing our copies does not erase files you downloaded or shared elsewhere. Deletion of Soft Lane data does not delete your Google account or automatically request a refund. You can raise a purchase issue and a deletion request independently; one is not a condition for exercising the other.
Content and conduct we do not permit
Use the creative tools lawfully and respect the people affected by your work. These restrictions apply to source material, prompts, generated results and access to the service. A technically successful request does not mean the resulting activity is permitted. Do not use Soft Lane for any of the following:
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualised depictions of minors, pornography intended for sexual gratification, sexual exploitation or non-consensual intimate images, including fabricated intimate depictions.
- Threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, violent extremism, encouragement of self-harm or content that promotes serious harm to people.
- Fraud, scams, phishing, deceptive impersonation, identity abuse, fabricated evidence or documents, or intentional deception about civic processes.
- Infringement of copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, likeness or other legal rights, or disclosure of private information without a lawful basis.
- Malware, unauthorised access or security testing, deliberate infrastructure overload, disruption of the service or interference with someone else's use.
- Avoiding safety measures, purchase controls or usage limits; manipulating payment or entitlement information; or selling service access without authorisation.
- Scraping or systematic extraction of protected service data, removing ownership notices or reverse engineering protected software or non-public systems, except within an applicable legal permission or component licence.
Use the report option on a creation's detail page to flag a concerning result without leaving the app. Email support is also available, including when you cannot open the app. Explain the concern and provide a reference if available; do not send illegal content or unnecessary private information. Reports and their attachments follow the same creation-data deadline and do not extend it.
Complaints about another person's rights
A complaint about creative material can concern copyright, privacy, likeness or another protected interest. You remain responsible for your own unlawful conduct and any liability the law assigns to you. We may ask for relevant facts or evidence of permission to assess a complaint, understand your connection to the material and determine whether protective action is appropriate.
If your deliberate unlawful conduct or material breach causes a valid third-party claim against us, we may seek recovery only for losses that applicable law permits us to recover from you. This provision does not impose an unlimited duty to defend us or pay every claim connected with use of the app. It does not transfer responsibility for our own breach, negligence or other wrongdoing to you.
An allegation alone does not establish that a right was infringed. If you think a restriction or claim is mistaken, contact support with an explanation and relevant non-sensitive details. We will assess the issue without treating a good-faith challenge as misuse. Complaint records and evidence remain subject to the creation-data deadline; an independently necessary record cannot preserve a creation's content, metadata or associations beyond that deadline.
Understanding an in-app offer
Soft Lane offers the following one-time diamond packs, with public reference prices in US dollars. The Android app has not yet been released, and the website does not take payments. When purchases become available in the app, review the final price, currency, applicable taxes, included diamonds and conditions in the app and payment process before confirming a transaction.
- US$3.99 for 200 diamonds.
- US$12.99 for 900 diamonds.
- US$39.99 for 4,000 diamonds.
- US$109.99 for 14,000 diamonds.
All users may purchase these packs, subject to ordinary legal capacity and payment authorisation requirements. Purchased diamonds have permanent validity: they do not expire or reset on a recurring schedule. Soft Lane has no subscriptions or automatic renewal. Diamonds represent use of the available paid functions under their stated conditions; they do not themselves promise cash redemption, transfer to another person or a fixed number of generated results. Check the diamond cost of the selected action before proceeding.
The final in-app price, taxes and purchase conditions apply to a new transaction to the extent permitted by law. Check any difference from the website's reference price before confirming. This does not retrospectively change a completed purchase, introduce an expiry for diamonds already bought or remove a binding consumer protection. A price change for a future offer does not authorise an additional charge for an earlier one.
Only authorise payment with a method you are entitled to use. Check the offer carefully and correct an error before confirmation. Important restrictions must be disclosed before the purchase rather than introduced afterwards. The information and agreement must be supplied in a retainable form where the law requires that. Keep the relevant description and confirmation so the accepted benefit can be identified if a question arises.
Purchases processed through Google Play are also subject to its checkout, payment validation and transaction rules. We use necessary purchase information to provide the corresponding app benefit and resolve discrepancies. Support does not need your full card information, Google password or verification codes to begin an enquiry. If the paid action or delivered benefit differs from what was described, explain the difference through the purchase support route.
Authorised payments and delivery of benefits
Each diamond pack is a separate, one-time purchase that you authorise for the displayed offer. There is no recurring payment to cancel. Accepting these general terms does not, by itself, authorise a charge, and completing one purchase does not authorise a later payment. The conditions accepted for a purchase remain applicable to it and cannot be retrospectively replaced by a less favourable website statement.
A payment awaiting confirmation, an unsuccessful checkout and a completed order require different checks. If an order completed but its benefit is missing, contact support with the available order reference and a description of what should have appeared. You can seek help without a Soft Lane login. We may need enough information to match the transaction, but do not need access to your Google account.
Repeatedly purchasing is not a reliable way to fix a delivery problem. If you see more than one charge for an intended single purchase, identify the available transactions so they can be reviewed. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data does not itself resolve a payment dispute or request money back. We remain responsible for supplying the agreed benefit or providing the remedy required by the accepted conditions and applicable law.
Refund requests and purchase corrections
Contact purchase support about a duplicate or unauthorised charge, an unavailable paid benefit, a failed paid function or a purchase that does not match its description. Google Play also has refund and unauthorised-charge processes for transactions made through its system. The relevant transaction, circumstances, store rules and consumer law determine the available route and remedy. We do not declare every digital purchase non-refundable or promise approval of every request.
When Google Play approves a refund or payment reversal, we honour that result and reconcile the corresponding Soft Lane benefit. A related entitlement may be corrected or withdrawn to reflect the refunded transaction. This must not become an automatic removal of unrelated valid purchases. If the confirmed payment decision and app access do not match, contact support so the discrepancy can be examined.
Payment providers and the store control parts of the return process; check the status for the particular order rather than assuming a universal completion time. A statutory remedy may remain available after a store's ordinary discretionary refund period. We may investigate credible payment manipulation or refund abuse proportionately, but a legitimate claim or a good-faith challenge to an incorrect decision is not abuse and does not surrender other rights.
Consumer protections that continue to apply
Your location and the circumstances of a transaction can give you mandatory rights concerning information before purchase, digital-content quality, conformity, warranties, cancellation and refunds. These protections prevail over a conflicting term. A store policy may offer additional help, but it does not reduce a statutory right. The operator's address does not, by itself, remove protections available to a consumer elsewhere.
Where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation period applies, starting delivery before it ends must follow the requirements of that law. That can require clear information and a specific request, consent or acknowledgment about the effect of immediate delivery. Reading this website, viewing artwork or accepting general terms does not alone waive such a right. The relevant conditions must be explained through the purchase process.
A faulty, misdescribed or undelivered purchase can require correction, repeat performance, a price reduction, termination of the affected arrangement or a refund, according to the applicable law. A claim is not automatically defeated because an ordinary store refund window has passed. Explain the issue through support or an available store process so the actual obligation and appropriate remedy can be assessed.
AI limitations and the standards we must meet
Generative systems produce variable results. A request can lead to visual defects, inaccuracies, unwanted elements or similarities to another work, and repeating it can produce a different result. A prompt or template choice does not guarantee a precise style, factual accuracy, originality, exclusivity or suitability for every intended use. Review the actual result before relying on it or presenting it to someone else.
The three concept artworks on this website are original illustrations created for the site, not outputs generated by Soft Lane, actual in-app templates or screenshots of the app. They suggest creative possibilities without promising an identical composition or result. Read the description of an available feature and its purchase conditions when deciding whether it meets your needs. A promotional impression cannot override legally binding information supplied with an offer.
These limitations coexist with our legal obligations. Where the relevant law requires digital content to match its description and satisfy quality or conformity standards, or services to be performed with reasonable care and skill, those requirements remain in force. We must consider a valid defect or non-delivery claim and provide the appropriate remedy. The fact that a function uses AI is not a blanket exclusion of warranties or responsibility.
Availability and changes to the service
Maintenance, security work, compatibility changes and legal or marketplace requirements can affect a feature's availability. Connections can fail, and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt use. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, a particular generation time or compatibility with every browser, device or operating-system version. A specific commitment included in an accepted offer remains subject to its conditions and applicable law.
We may develop, revise or withdraw functions for legitimate operational or product reasons. When a change materially affects an existing paid entitlement, we will provide the notice and options required by the purchase conditions and the law. An urgent security or legal issue may require action before advance notice is possible. Urgency does not erase a remedy otherwise owed for an affected purchase.
If a change or permanent withdrawal prevents delivery of what you bought, contact support about restoring the benefit or another appropriate resolution. That may include ending the affected arrangement or making a refund where required. The ability to update a service is not permission to retain payment for an unfulfilled obligation without addressing the customer's rights. Maintenance, outages and product changes do not restart or extend the creation-data deletion deadline.
Restrictions, suspension and ending use
You may stop using Soft Lane at any time. We may refuse a request or restrict, suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to respond to a serious breach, fraud, a security threat, a legal requirement or non-payment relating to the affected benefit. The response must be proportionate to the issue rather than an automatic removal of unrelated valid entitlements.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will explain the action and provide a route to challenge a mistaken decision. Protective action may sometimes be needed before notice, and details may be limited if disclosure would undermine security or violate the law. A lawful deletion request, legitimate refund claim or good-faith complaint is not itself grounds for a penalty or access restriction.
When permission to use a restricted service ends, stop accessing it and do not attempt to bypass the restriction. Existing purchase obligations, rights in material, lawful handling of independent records and unresolved claims continue where their purpose requires. Ending access does not remove consumer remedies, waive privacy rights, extend creation retention or grant a new permission to publish private inputs or train on user data.
Responsibility for loss or damage
We remain responsible for loss or damage for which applicable law makes us responsible, including a failure to fulfil our contractual obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted. Every statement about service limitations must be read subject to those protections.
For a consumer, the applicable rules determine responsibility, including the relationship between a breach and the loss and reasonable foreseeability where those tests apply. A general statement about uncertain AI output or interrupted availability does not excuse us from supplying an agreed benefit or addressing a legally valid claim. We cannot rely on those statements to disregard loss to which our own conduct contributed.
You are responsible for your independent decisions about publishing or relying on material and for reasonable precautions, such as inspecting results, obtaining permissions and keeping the exported files you need. We do not automatically take responsibility for a loss caused solely by misuse beyond our responsibility. This does not shift our own contractual or legal duties to you, or prevent a claim where our actions also contributed to the harm.
Soft Lane does not promise that creative work will earn revenue, attract an audience, produce a profit or achieve another business outcome. Business use remains subject to that absence of a promised commercial result, any specific agreement and mandatory law. This limitation concerns an unpromised outcome; it does not cancel an agreed service obligation or determine ownership of your material.
Operational services, links and third-party offers
Use of the app can involve Google Play for distribution and purchases, together with providers supporting operations such as hosting and communications. Adjust is used solely to attribute installation sources through the necessary technical information. We do not send creation data, support messages, content reports or purchase events to Adjust. The Privacy Policy explains the relevant information handling and available choices.
Operational assistance is separate from AI generation. A provider involved in website delivery, payment processing or source attribution is not a third-party AI generation provider receiving your creative request. Our creation processing remains self-hosted. Working with another provider also does not relieve us of our own obligations concerning the service, consumer rights or information we are responsible for handling.
An external store or website has its own terms, content, privacy practices and availability. We do not control every decision it makes, and linking to it does not endorse every statement it contains. If a third-party offer or promotion is presented, check the supplier and applicable conditions before participating. The supplier is responsible for its commitments unless we expressly undertake an obligation, while our own representations remain subject to applicable law.
Participation in an offer or following a link does not require acceptance of unrelated marketing or optional tracking. Promotional conditions must be understood in the context of the actual offer; a general reference to possible offers does not promise that a promotion is running. Contact us if our description of an external offer appears inconsistent with the conditions presented by its supplier.
Complaints, Utah law and other routes
For a concern about Soft Lane, write to support@softlaneai.org with a description, an available reference and the outcome you are seeking. Support can try to resolve the issue. This does not suspend a legal deadline or require you to complete an internal process before using another route that the law makes available. Include only information needed to explain the concern; unnecessary private creative material is not required.
The laws of the State of Utah, United States, govern these terms and any dispute about them, without applying conflict-of-law principles; our operator is located in Holladay, Utah. Consumer protections that the law of your home country or state makes mandatory still apply to you. These terms do not select an exclusive court, impose compulsory arbitration or require you to surrender an available local forum. Nothing here removes a right to approach a competent consumer authority, privacy authority or court, or makes a lawful complaint a breach of the agreement.
A Google Play decision may have its own review process. Privacy requests and complaints can also be made through the routes described in our Privacy Policy and to the competent authority. Keep relevant transaction records and correspondence if you need to identify the issue. Seeking assistance does not require you to abandon an unrelated purchase right or privacy request, and an internal response does not replace a binding decision by a competent authority.
Export controls and trade restrictions
Follow export controls, sanctions and other trade restrictions that lawfully apply to the software, service and your use. Do not carry out a prohibited transaction or transfer, or supply access to a person or destination that cannot legally receive it. Successful technical access does not establish that a transaction is authorised under the applicable rules.
Access may be limited where necessary to comply with a relevant restriction. Do not use another identity, device, payment method or intermediary to evade a restriction that applies to you. You can contact support if you believe a decision relied on incorrect information. Any review must still comply with the law and cannot promise access that a binding restriction prohibits.
Notices, receipts and electronic records
Service notices may appear in the app, on this website or in an email exchange you initiate with support. A payment platform may issue its own receipt and transaction messages. Retain copies of important purchase conditions, confirmations and correspondence when you need a record of an agreement or issue. An app support response and a store's payment confirmation serve different purposes.
Electronic records can record an agreement or deliver a notice where the law permits. Requirements for an individual notice, a durable or retainable copy, or another prescribed form continue to apply. Publishing a general announcement is not a substitute for specific notice required for an affected purchase or material contractual change. We will provide an additional form of communication where required.
These arrangements do not enrol you in marketing or authorise optional advertising or tracking. A support exchange permits handling of the matter you raised within the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy; it does not permit unrelated publication or AI training. Creation information included in a message or attachment still follows its original deletion deadline.
Reading the agreement and transferring obligations
The applicable feature and purchase conditions, these terms and the linked policies explain the service arrangement together. This does not erase a legally binding statement made before a purchase or a consumer's protected reliance on that information. Privacy notices describe processing and rights; including a link to them does not turn acceptance of this agreement into a blanket consent.
If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent the law permits. This principle cannot be used to defeat a mandatory protection. A delay or failure to enforce a condition does not automatically waive the right to address a later breach. Any waiver must be lawful and is limited to the circumstances in which it was given.
You may not transfer permission to operate or resell the service without authorisation. If the business or an agreement is transferred to a successor, existing obligations, privacy rights and mandatory consumer protections must be respected. We will provide notice and take further steps where required. A transfer cannot be used to avoid an accepted paid obligation or create an incompatible new permission over private material.
Changes to these terms and contacting the operator
This version takes effect on November 3, 2026. Revisions may be needed when features, operations or legal requirements change. A material revision will be communicated with the notice or fresh agreement required by law. Replacing the text on this page does not retrospectively remove an existing purchase right, create a new charge or authorise processing that needs its own legal basis or consent.
Conditions for a later offer must be available before you decide to accept it. Earlier purchases remain protected by the conditions that apply to them and by mandatory law. If you are unsure which description or version is relevant, contact support with the available purchase reference or correspondence. You can ask about this agreement without sending unrelated personal information or private creative files.
